Q1 2024 Performance of Top Consumer Finance Apps in Europe on Android

In the first quarter of 2024, Europe's Android users showed considerable engagement with Consumer Finance applications. Sensor Tower data provides a glimpse into the performance of the top five apps in this category.

Finanzguru - Konten & Verträge witnessed a revenue peak in late February and early March, with numbers reaching around $46K, and a similar trend in weekly active users, peaking at approximately 251K in late January. Downloads for the app, however, saw a gradual decrease from 24K in the first week of January to around 10K by the end of March.

Wallet: Budget Expense Tracker experienced a slight fluctuation in revenue, with the highest at about $12K at the start of January and the lowest at roughly $7K towards the end of March. The app's downloads started at 9K and saw a decrease to 5K by the quarter's end, while weekly active users showed a small recovery from 66K to 67K in the last week.

YNAB had its revenue fluctuating between $6K and $10K throughout the quarter, with downloads showing a sharp decline from 2.4K to 809. Weekly active users remained relatively stable, hovering around the 6.3K to 6.6K mark.

Splitwise presented an interesting pattern, with revenue starting at $8.3K in the first week of January and dropping to around $6.6K by the quarter's end. Downloads saw an increase from 35K to 31K, and weekly active users showed a slight decline from 236K to 209K.

Bankin' displayed a revenue trend beginning at $6.4K and ending at $5.3K, while downloads decreased from 17K to 7.1K. Weekly active users saw a slight increase from 113K in the second week of January to 110K in the last week of March.
